Traffic Records Committee Meetings

The Washington Traffic Records Committee meets regularly on the first Monday of each month from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Meetings are held in the Washington Traffic Safety Commission conference room at 621 8th Ave SE, Room 400, in Olympia.

The TRC Oversight Council (executive-level) meets on the first Monday of February, May, August, and November. The TRC Workgroup (manager-level) meets on the first Monday of the other months, except April, July and September.

Meeting agendas are structured to include informational presentations and discussions regarding traffic-related issues throughout the state. Additionally, the Committee regularly addresses items of business requiring action.
