All employment opportunities with the State of Washington can be found at the Careers website.
We post all bid notifications, addenda, and updates for contractors on Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS). WEBS is a central online site where vendors can register to receive bid notifications from participating government agencies. You must register in WEBS in order to receive notification of WTSC opportunities, view updates, or submit responses.

Contract Solicitation Opportunities with WTSC
Under Executive Order 22-01, state agencies are directed to expand access for small businesses in contracting and procurement. At the WTSC, we are dedicated to open and transparent competition. We work to ensure public funds are invested fairly in the private sector by creating opportunities that are inclusive of small and diverse businesses, including those owned by women, minorities, and veterans.
Our goal is to broaden participation and strengthen the quality of services delivered to the people we serve. We invite all businesses, individuals, and community-based organizations to compete for opportunities with our agency. Interested vendors are encouraged to regularly check the WTSC website or Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) for announcements and updates.
For more information about statewide supplier diversity efforts, visit the Department of Enterprise Services and the Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises.
