The Washington Traffic Safety Commission’s speed program includes data collection and analysis, a speed management cooperative, and training and technical assistance to partner agencies. We develop and employ multilingual speed management communication strategies that reinforce positive messages and practices to reinforce speed management and patient driving. In addition, we promote automated speed enforcement programs and speed regulation technology.
