The vision of the WA Traffic Safety Commission is of a Washington where we all work together to travel safely on our roadways. Our mission is to empower and equip people and communities with knowledge, tools, and resources to build a positive traffic safety culture. SMAC members share tenants of that vision and mission in their own organizations. Connected by the common goal to improve health and safety of communities and to reduce risks for all road users so everyone gets to where they are going safely, the SMAC reflects seven of twelve community sectors.
