Legislative & Media Relations
The Legislative and Media Relations Division houses the WTSC legislative liaison and the WTSC communications team. We support traffic safety programs with media campaigns designed to promote positive, pro-social driver behavior. We strive to build our creative capabilities by providing targeted, coordinated messages to our partners. We respond to requests from citizens and new organizations. We are the primary contact for any legislative need.

The Programs and Services Division (PASD) has the primary responsibility for planning, implementing, and evaluating the federally-mandated traffic safety programs in Washington. PASD staff consist of the Program Director and a number of Program Managers who are responsible for the day-to-day management of the entire life-cycle of grant-awarded projects, from advising on project proposals to close-out of the final project.
