Stacey McShane
Region 10 Target Zero Manager
Bio: Stacey been the Region 10 Target Zero Manager since July 2016. She spent 23 years as a 911 emergency dispatcher, primarily in Snohomish County. Stacey became interested in traffic safety after a family member was killed by a DUI driver just 3 days short of his high school graduation. This had a profound effect on her and spurred her to want to change our driving culture. She spent a few years volunteering for MADD as a Walk Like MADD team leader. She also served as the volunteer Marketing Coordinator for Western Washington MADD. Stacey holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Seattle University.

- Pedestrian safety program aimed at reducing pedestrian and bicyclist crashes in our region.
- Teen driver education through the IMPACT Teen Driver program
- Officer DUI training program. A grant funded program to provide officers in our region necessary training to process DUI drivers.
