Rachael Stiver
Region 12 Target Zero Manager
Bio: Rachael Stiver is the Region 12 Target Zero Manager (TZM) employed at the Chelan-Douglas Transportation Council (CDTC). Rachael’s traffic safety work covers Chelan, Douglas, Kittitas, and Okanagan Counties.
Rachael Stiver has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude on the Dean’s List. She has experience with Federal Emergency Management Agency doing mitigation for their National Flood Insurance Program. She worked with the Starbucks Coffee Company for several years as a Barista, trainer, and supervisor. She has experience and enthusiasm for public service and is working to expand the traffic safety coalition in Region 12 with the goal of reducing crashes that result in serious injuries and death.
